Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to any damaged or missing part, you may return it to us to get refund or replacement. Please see below for more information on our return policy. However we do not offer exchanges because of change of mind. Exchanges and refunds are only applicable if products received are damaged.
RETURNS
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 03 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. All orders are final, we do not accept return or exchange on any items unless the items you received are damaged or missing.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact customer service through live chat or email (contact@wholesaleflowstatetumbler.com) to claim a refund or replacement with proof of damage or missing (videos or pictures). After claim is verified we will provide you a return label. You just have to place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase ( Order Invoice). When a return is authorized, Wholesale Flowstate Tumblers will proceed with refund or replacement action.
Your return shipment is free of charge. If you return an item and the reason for return isn't a result of any error, the parcel will be delivered back to your ordered address and no refund will be initiated.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
